If you are intending to move house, then you will need to let us know so we can organise a final bill for you. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice before you move home in order for us to organise your final meter reading.
You can advise us of your move by completing our online forms below.
Final readings are taken first thing on the morning of your move, these are taken from the road so there is no need to be at the property for the reading.
If you have an existing Direct Debit agreement with Guernsey Water to pay your bills, this can remain in place for your new address, there is no need to cancel the instruction. If you do not have an existing Direct Debit agreement in place, a new form will be sent to you by post.
