Longfrie main sewer network completed

The completed Longfrie area wastewater extension project now offers 103 properties the opportunity to connect to the new sewer.

The project was completed by Guernsey Water and contractor Geotrant at the end of July, with all testing and commissioning successfully carried out.

Properties who can take advantage of the new sewer include the Longfrie Hotel, St Peter’s Food Hall, and States Housing’s Forest School flats.

Longfrie Wastewater Network Extension Project to Start Soon

Guernsey Water would like to remind islanders that the next phase of its wastewater network extension programme will be commencing in the Route du Longfrie area of St Pierre du Bois from 29th September 2014.

The project to extend the public sewer will incorporate a number of roads in the area, and will take approximately 10 months to complete. Once installed, the extended sewer will allow up to 103 properties to connect.

Wastewater Network Extension to Start in Route du Longfrie

The project to extend the public sewer will incorporate a number of roads in the area, and will take approximately 10 months to complete. Once completed, the extended sewer will allow up to 103 properties to connect.

Wastewater Extension Work to Close St Andrew's Road

Guernsey Water is advising islanders that part of the current phase of its wastewater network extension programme will involve closing St Andrew’s Road from 4th February to 17th March.

The road will close from Les Poidevins junction to Rue de la Boullerie junction, and the diversion route will utilise Les Poidevins and L’Ecluse.

St Andrews Wastewater Project Starts on Monday 24th June - Drop In Session Tonight

Guernsey Water would like to remind islanders that the next phase of its wastewater network extension programme will be commencing in the Les Naftiaux area of St Andrews from Monday 24th June 2013.

While the project to extend the main sewer will take approximately 10 months to complete, contractors will be working in one road at a time, and every effort will be made to minimise inconvenience to residents and businesses where possible.

The programme of road closures is as follows:

The project to extend the main sewer will incorporate a number of roads in the area, and will take approximately 10 months to complete. Once completed, the extended sewer will allow up to 110 properties to connect. The programme of road closures is as follows:
