Nocq Road to be Re-closed for Sewer Lining

Guernsey Water unfortunately requires an additional closure of Nocq Road, St Sampsons, from 20th – 23rd May, in order to make a further attempt at lining the sewer under the road.

As part of Guernsey Water’s ongoing sewer rehabilitation programme, contractors Environmental Techniques have been working in various roads across the Island on sewers which have been targeted as having the potential to fail in the near future.

Sewer Relining Projects to Continue in the Spring

Guernsey Water will be carrying out another series of sewer lining projects over the next few weeks as part of its ongoing sewer renovation programme.

Working with contractors Environmental Techniques, sewers which have been identified through CCTV surveying as being in need of rehabilitation will be either lined or patched using the latest ‘no-dig’ techniques.
