Tight budgets and significant investment marked a successful year for Guernsey Water in 2015

Tight budgetary control throughout 2015 has meant that Guernsey Water maintained the same level of expenditure in 2015, compared to 2014, while investing £24 million in the island’s infrastructure.

Guernsey Water’s expenditure remained at the 2014 level of £10.7 million with a marginal increase in income from £15.5 million last year to £15.7 million.
 
Stephen Langlois, General Manager of Guernsey Water said:  “2015 was a successful, stable year operationally and financially, it was also one of change and forward planning for us as a business.
