Moving House

If you are intending to move house, then you will need to let us know so we can organise a final bill for you. You can download and print off a Change of Occupier form here. Please fill in as many as the details as you can - this will help us ensure that details are changed correctly, and that you do not find incorrect bills being sent to you in the future.

Please note that if you have a Direct Debit agreement with Guernsey Water to pay your bills, then you do not need to cancel this when you move house - the agreement can remain in place and continue for your new address.

You will then need to fill in a Water Supply Agreement form for your new property. This can be downloaded by clicking here.

If you wish to pay for your water bills by Direct Debit, then you can download a Direct Debit instruction form here.

If your new property does not have a water meter, and you want one fitted, then please fill in the meter application form.
