If you are intending to move house, then you will need to let us know so we can organise a final bill for you. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice before you move house so that we can organise meter readings/paperwork etc.

Please note that if you have a Direct Debit agreement with Guernsey Water to pay your bills, then you do not need to cancel this when you move house - the agreement can remain in place and continue for your new address.

  • You can download and print off a Change of Occupier form here. Please fill in as many as the details as you can - this will help us ensure that details are changed correctly, and that you do not find incorrect bills being sent to you in the future.
  • If you wish to pay for your water bills by Direct Debit, then you can download a Direct Debit instruction form here (domestic customers only).

  • If your new property does not have a water meter, and you want one fitted, then please fill in the meter application form which can be downloaded and printed off by clicking here.
