This section of the website contains all of the information that you will need for queries relating to your water supply connection, water meters, your bill, and Guernsey Water's committment to customers. You can also look through our list of frequently asked questions - if you do have a general query, you may find that it is answered here. You can look through this section by navigating through the menu on the left.
As a customer of Guernsey Water, you may want to pay your water bill by Direct Debit, which is the most convenient and safest way to pay. If you wish to do this, then you can either click here to download a Direct Debit form, or go to the About Your Bill section.
If you have not yet had a water meter fitted, then you might want to consider it – on average the majority of customers who have a meter fitted save 10 – 12% on their water bills. Click here for more information on water meters, or go to the Water Meters section.
